How it works
At the end of a busy day—or week—your operations don’t stop to calculate driver earnings manually. Instead, the system has already been keeping track of everything in the background.
As rides are completed, each job is automatically linked to the assigned driver and prepared for settlement.
Based on your setup, the system groups these rides—whether per job, weekly, or monthly—so everything is neatly organized into a single settlement invoice.
Now imagine your weekly cycle closing. Instead of pulling reports and calculating commissions, the system generates settlement invoices automatically.
If you prefer control, these invoices move to a “review” stage where you can check and approve them. If you prefer speed, the process can run fully automatic—no intervention needed.
From there, you open the Driver Settlements section in the administration panel. You see a clear overview:
What needs to be paid to drivers
What drivers owe back (commissions or platform fees)
Which settlements are pending, completed, or unpaid
Each line tells a story—who the driver is, what period it covers, and the exact amount.

Before you can use this feature, make sure that:
You are on a Full plan
Driver settlements are Configured in Settings → Driver Settlements
Drivers and completed jobs are properly set up so settlements can be generated
Driver are added in the Members section
