Once bookings start coming in, the next critical step is making sure each job is handled by the right driver. The Assign Bookings feature allows you to quickly match bookings with available drivers, ensuring smooth operations and timely service.
From a single screen, you can view unassigned jobs, check driver availability, and dispatch jobs in just a few clicks.

How it works
As bookings start coming into your system, some of them appear in the Dispatch Panel as Unassigned—waiting for a driver to take over.
You scan through incoming jobs and identify which ones need action
Select one or multiple bookings and click Assign
A driver selection window opens, giving you a live view of your fleet:
See all drivers in your network
Check who is online, available, or offline
View basic driver details for quick decision-making
Based on availability or preference, select the most suitable driver and dispatch the job
The system instantly sends a job request notification to the driver’s app
Once assigned:
The job updates immediately in the Dispatch Panel
It moves out of the Unassigned queue into the active workflow
You can continue tracking its progress in real time
Within seconds, a waiting booking is now actively being handled—keeping your operations moving smoothly
Required
Before assigning bookings, make sure that:
You are on Pro or Full Plan
To manually assign bookings to drivers, go to Dispatch Panel → select job → Assign
Drivers are added and active in the Members section
Drivers are connected via the YourDriverApp. Drivers are online or reachable to receive job requests
Bookings are available in the Dispatch Panel
