Draft with AI turns a one-line instruction, such as "remind everyone about the holiday closure next week", into a full email, SMS or announcement. You'll find it as a Draft with AI button on your compose screens.
The AI never sends anything and never picks recipients. It only writes a draft. The draft lands in your normal compose window, where you choose the recipients, edit the wording, and send it yourself.
Your school may use different names for students, teachers and classes. If you don't see the menu items below, ask your admin to check your permissions.
Drafting a message
Open a compose screen and click Draft with AI.
Describe what the message should say in a sentence or two.
Pick a tone: friendly, formal, urgent or celebratory.
Pick a language, or leave it on your school's language.
Insert the draft into the composer, edit it as you like, then choose your recipients and send as normal.
If the draft isn't right, discard it and try again with a clearer instruction. SMS drafts are kept short to fit the usual message length.
Allowances
Your plan includes a monthly allowance of AI drafts, shared across your school, and the counter resets on the first day of each calendar month. Teach 'n Go Pro removes the practical limit.
On the standard plan, only admins can use Draft with AI. On Pro, anyone who can compose a message can draft with it too.
