Archiving classes helps keep your Classes list clean and focused on active lessons. Once a class has finished, you can archive it instead of deleting it. This guide explains how to archive and unarchive a class.

Archiving a class

Before a class can be archived, it must have ended. All lessons in the class should be completed.

  1. Go to Classes from the left-hand menu.

  2. Select the class you want to archive.

  3. Open the menu on the right-hand side of the class page.

  4. Click Archive.

Once archived, the class will be removed from the main Classes list.

Note: Archiving does not delete the class. All student data, attendance, and payments remain saved.

Viewing archived classes

  1. Go to Classes.

  2. Switch to the Archived classes list (using the filter or tab option).

  3. Select the class you want to review.

Unarchiving a class

If you need to restore an archived class:

  1. Open the Archived classes list.

  2. Select the class.

  3. Open the menu on the right-hand side.

  4. Click Unarchive.

The class will return to your active Classes list.

Troubleshooting

  • Archive option not available?

Make sure the class has ended.

  • Class not visible?

Check that you are viewing the correct list (Active or Archived).

  • Accidentally archived a class?

You can unarchive it at any time.

Summary

Archiving is a simple way to keep your dashboard organised while preserving historical class records. You can always unarchive a class later if needed.
