Forgetting a password is common, and Teach ’n Go makes it easy for users to reset their own password without needing help from an administrator. Follow the steps below to regain access to your account.

Resetting your password
Go to the Teach ’n Go login screen.
Click I forgot my password.
Enter the email address linked to your Teach ’n Go account.
Click Send.
Check your email inbox for the password reset message.
If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Click the reset link in the email.
You will be redirected to the password reset page.
Enter your new password.
Make sure it meets the required security criteria.
Click Save to confirm the new password.
You can now log in to Teach ’n Go using your new password.
Troubleshooting
No reset email received? Check your spam folder and confirm you entered the correct email address.
Reset link expired? Repeat the process to generate a new link.
Still can’t log in? Contact your school administrator for assistance.
