Using the export button

Many pages in Teach ’n Go include an Export button.

  1. Navigate to the section you want to export (for example, Students, Teachers, Classes, or Payments).

  2. Adjust the view to show the data you need.

  3. Click the Export button.

Teach ’n Go will export the information currently displayed on your screen.

Example:

Exporting filtered data

You can refine what gets exported by using:

  • Filters

  • Search

  • Sorting options

  1. Apply the necessary filters to narrow down the results.

  2. Confirm that only the required data is visible.

  3. Click Export.

The generated file will include only the filtered results shown in the current view.

Where you can export data

The Export button is available in multiple areas, including:

  • Students

  • Teachers

  • Classes & Events

  • Payments

  • Other table-based pages across Teach ’n Go

If you see a data table, look for the Export option in that section.

Troubleshooting

Make sure you are on a page that supports table exports.

  • Wrong data exported?

Check your current tab and filters before clicking Export.

  • Need specific records only?

Use search and filters to refine the list first.
