It's possible to manage teacher payroll was it Teach 'n Go. Follow the below steps to add and edit teacher fees for the classes they teach.
Adding a Teacher Fee
When creating a class, add in the hourly teacher fee. Teach 'n Go will do the maths and determine the fee amount based on the lesson time for each class. E.g. If the teacher's hourly fee is €10 and the lesson is 1.5 hours long, then the teacher's fee will be €15.
You can always edit the fee later from the Class details page. You can also create another block of lessons with a different teacher fee if some teachers or lessons have different teacher fees.
Viewing Teacher Fees
You can view teachers' fees in the following locations:
In the teacher's profile, you can now view a list of the fees associated with each class. You can even get a breakdown of each fee for each lesson.
In the Reports section, the Lesson Report also shows the teacher's fees for each lesson. This can be exported to Excel for your further reporting needs.
