How to manage teacher fees and payroll in Teach 'n Go

Teach ’n Go makes it easy to manage teacher payroll by calculating fees automatically based on each class and lesson duration. This guide explains how to add, edit, and view teacher fees in the system.

Adding a teacher fee

  1. Go to the Classes section and create a new class.

  2. In the class setup, enter the teacher’s hourly fee in the Teacher fee field.

  3. Teach ’n Go will automatically calculate the total fee for each lesson based on its duration.

    • For example, if the teacher’s hourly fee is €10 and the lesson lasts 1.5 hours, the total fee will be €15.

  4. Save the class to apply the teacher fee.

Tip: You can edit the fee later from the Class details page. If some lessons or teachers require different rates, create a new lesson block with the appropriate teacher fee.

Viewing teacher fees

You can view teacher fees in several places across Teach ’n Go:

  • Teacher profile: View all fees linked to each class, with a detailed breakdown for every lesson.

  • Reports section: Open the Lesson Report to see the teacher fees for each lesson.

    • You can export this report to Excel for payroll or accounting purposes.

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t see a teacher fee? Make sure the fee was entered in the Class details page.

  • Lesson fees look incorrect? Double-check the lesson duration and hourly rate settings in the class setup.
