In Teach ’n Go, Classrooms help you organise where your lessons take place. When you first start, your account includes one default online room, but you can easily add more physical or virtual classrooms.

Add or edit classrooms

  1. Click your Profile in the top-right corner.

  2. Select School settings.

  3. Click the Classrooms tab on the left-hand menu.

  4. Here you will see a list of your existing classrooms.

From this page, you can:

  • Add new classrooms

  • Edit existing classrooms

  • Delete classrooms you no longer need

Set classroom capacity

When creating or editing a classroom, you can set the maximum number of students allowed.

If you enrol more students than the limit, Teach ’n Go will display a warning notification. This helps prevent overbooking.

Create an online classroom

You can also set a classroom as an online location.

  1. Edit or create a classroom.

  2. Enable the Online option.

  3. Paste your meeting link (for example from Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams).

  4. Click Save.

Once configured, a Join lesson button will appear in the lesson card for teachers and students.

Using classrooms helps organise your lesson locations and ensures both in-person and online lessons run smoothly within Teach ’n Go.
