In Teach 'n Go, you can define which days will be considered school holidays in your calendar. Once holidays are set:
All future lessons scheduled during those dates will be deleted automatically.
When creating a new class, the system will skip those holiday dates, so no lessons will be created on those days.
This feature helps you save time and prevents the need to manually delete lessons later on.
Setting School Holidays
To add school holidays, go to School Settings and open the School Holiday tab. From there, you can add as many holiday dates as needed.
You must confirm that lessons that fall into the chosen period will be deleted whenever dates are added. Please be careful and ensure not to delete lessons that you may need.
Exceptions
When creating a class, the holidays will automatically be skipped and will be shown in the Skipped Lesson Dates field.
If a lesson should still proceed on holiday, you can remove the date from the skipped lesson field by clicking on it in the skipped lesson field.
Alternatively, you can add more skipped lesson dates here if needed.
