Teach โn Go allows you to define official School holidays in your calendar. Once holidays are set:
All future lessons scheduled during those dates will be deleted automatically.
When creating new classes, the system will skip holiday dates, so no lessons are created on those days.
This saves time and prevents the need to manually adjust lessons later.
Add school holidays
Go to School settings.
Open the School holiday tab.
Add the relevant holiday start and end dates.
Confirm the changes.
You can add as many holiday periods as needed.
โ ๏ธ Important:
When adding holiday dates, you must confirm that lessons falling within that period will be deleted. Please review the dates carefully before saving to avoid removing lessons you still need.
How holidays affect class creation
When creating a new class:
Holiday dates are automatically skipped.
Skipped dates will appear in the Skipped lesson dates field.

This ensures no lessons are scheduled during school closures.
Exceptions
If a lesson should still take place during a holiday period:
Go to the class setup page.
Locate the Skipped lesson dates field.
Click the date to remove it from the skipped list.
You can also manually add additional skipped lesson dates here if required.
Setting school holidays keeps your calendar accurate, prevents scheduling conflicts, and reduces manual work when managing your classes.
