Multi-Site: Adding different locations to TeachKloud

Add different schools to your primary TeachKloud account or create a separate account for a new location

Do you manage more than one location and want an easy way to view activities across each one? We’ve got you covered!

There are two options available. Please review both carefully before making a decision. Important: Once an option is selected, it cannot be changed later—we are unable to consolidate or separate accounts after setup.

I want each location to be under one email / one account on TeachKloud:

With this option, all locations will be managed under a single main admin account/email. You (admin) can still invite the relevant staff to access their specific location(s). However, all admin email updates for each location will be sent to the primary email on file. Your TeachKloud subscription will also be consolidated under this single email.

  • To get started, log into the school interface. In the top left-hand side of your screen, select the grey arrow pointing down.

  • Select ‘Create school’ to add another location or navigate between previously created schools.

I want each location to be under separate emails - NOT accessible under one TeachKloud account

With this option, you (as the admin) will have separate login credentials for each location. To access a different location, you will need to sign out and sign back in using the corresponding account.

  1. If logged in, log out of the web interface - use the drop down arrow in the top right hand corner to log out

  2. Click here to create a new account or select sign up on the log in page.

  3. You will need to use a different email address (i.e., a new email associated with the new location). The same email address as your existing account cannot be used.
