If you are a website interface administrator or assistant administrator and have forgotten your password, you can reset it here by entering the email you were invited with. A reset code will be sent to your email, which will need to be entered in the password reset page, before resetting the password.

If you click 'here' above and it redirects you to your logged in account, you will need to sign out of the website first, before resetting the password.

To log out of the account, select the drop down arrow next to your name, in the top right hand corner (see image below) > sign out.

If you know your password but want to change it, ensure you are logged into the website. Click here or select the drop down box (top right hand corner, next to your name) > account settings. If it does not not accept your current password, the password is incorrect and will need to be reset following the instructions above, via the password reset page. You will need access to your email.
