As part of complete Teamio, you have the option to manage interviews. This way, you have a better overview and control over the progress of your recruitment campaign. Specifically, these are the advantages:
You invite candidates to an interview using a simple e-mail template.
You can name the steps of the recruitment process according to your preference (e.g., 1st round online or Case study) and move the candidates where you need them.
You and the involved manager can see which candidate is at which step of the recruitment campaign and when they are scheduled for an interview.
You can distinguish which candidates have already had an interview and are waiting for feedback.
For each step of the interview, you can add notes about the candidate.
How does it work?
Depending on the recruitment template you use, additional actions for moving the candidate will appear under the button Move to. If you use the standard template, you will automatically have moves to the 1st round and 2nd round of the interview there. If you need to have different names for the interviews, you can create a custom template. In this case, you can adjust the names of the rounds directly according to your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates may only be invited for interview using actions marked as step type Interview. For the step type Pre-selected, Offer, or Other, candidates cannot be invited to the interview.
Move candidate to Interview status vs. Invite to interview
You can move the candidate to the status Interview and the action Invite to interview (i.e., sending the invitation) at the same time or as two separate steps. If you want to move the candidate to Interview status and also send an invitation, just move them to the appropriate interview round and a window with the invitation will pop up automatically.
If you wish to move the candidate to Interview status, but you want to send the invitation from Teamio later or not at all, then just cancel the invitation with a cross. The candidate will remain inInterview status and you can then send them the invitation by selecting the action Invite under the three dots next to the candidate. On the other hand, if you find that you have moved the wrong candidate to Interview status, you can easily move them back.
If the situation arises that you need to invite the candidate multiple times in the same step of the recruitment process, simply select Invite each time. The candidate will then remain in the same step of the recruitment campaign after sending the invitation.
You will have the exact name of the step listed for the candidate after the move, as you named it in the recruitment process, or according to the name in the predefined templates. At the same time, you will also see the scheduled interviews here. If you see a date for the interview, it means that the invitation has been sent to the candidate.
If you do not see a date, you have not sent the invitation yet.
Interview invitation
After clicking on Move to interview or Invite, a window with the invitation will open where you fill in the date, duration, and location of the interview. You will select whether it is a face-to-face or video interview and whether you want to send the event to colleagues' calendars.
You can send this invitation to the candidate via e-mail. You have a default template available, so you don't have to create the invitation completely from scratch, but you can of course modify it as needed. The invitation template includes a tag for the date and location of the interview (or ##INTERVIEW##), which automatically fills in the details about the interview in the e-mail, such as the date, duration, and location of the interview, including a link to the map on how to get to the interview location. Therefore, we recommend not deleting this tag from the e-mail.
If you would like to receive a message from the candidate as to whether they will attend the interview or not, don't forget to Request invitation confirmation.
TIP: Do you prefer online interviews? Try our Video interviews directly from Teamio. You don't need to install anything on your side or on the candidate's side, and you will have all the information about the candidate available immediately during the interview.
You can move candidates to the next round or invite them for an interview from multiple places in Teamio.

TIP: We recommend taking notes about candidates during the recruitment process and interviews and writing them directly in Teamio, so you have everything in one place. Typically, you can write the main findings from the conducted interview here.
Change of date and cancellation of an interview
If you need to change anything in the interview (day, time, duration, or place of the interview), you can do so using the action Change date. In the case that you need to completely cancel the interview, use the action Cancel interview. Both actions can be found under the three dots for each candidate.
Interview overview
When planning interviews, an overview where you can find Scheduled interviews with candidates is useful, so you have time to prepare for them. Similarly, Teamio will show you candidates who are already waiting for your feedback after the interview and subsequent invitation to the next round, start, or rejection. You can find both overviews on the homepage, where besides the candidate's name, you can see the relevant vacancy and what step of the recruitment process they are at.

If you need to track not only your interviews but also your colleagues' interviews, use Interview calendar. This way, you quickly have information about who, when, and where you or your colleague have an interview. Thanks to this, you can work not only with your own interviews but also provide cover or see the work of a colleague.
TIP: If you are collaborating on a recruitment campaign with a manager who is conducting the interview themselves, you can use the action Send to manager even for candidates who have already been invited. This allows you to request the manager's opinion even after the interview.
