Through the action Forward candidate , you can send any candidate to colleagues who do not have access to Teamio, but you would like to receive feedback on the candidate from them. You can always find the Forward action under the three dots in the Candidate list or in Candidate card.
After clicking on the option Forward for the candidate, you enter the e-mail address of the colleague(s) to whom you want to send the candidate for feedback. To forward a candidate to multiple e-mail addresses, simply separate them with a comma. Then just attach the text you want to send to your colleagues regarding these candidates. It is important that the tag Candidate list with recruitment (or ##FWD CANDIDATES##) is preserved in the text, as this ensures that the names of the candidates will be included in the body of the e-mail.
TIP: You can also forward multiple candidates at once. Just select all the candidates in the Response list and choose the bulk action Forward.

How does it work?
We send colleagues secure links via e-mail that allow them to access Teamio directly, where they can see a limited view of only the forwarded candidates. This way, you canshare the candidates' data securelywithout the need to log in.
The appearance of the e-mail when forwarding a candidate to a colleague
After clicking on the candidate's name, this view will open for your colleague in Teamio.
Additionally, your colleagues can directly provide feedback on these forwarded candidates using the Feedback for recruiter. If the candidate you forwarded is unsuitable for the position, your colleague can inform you using the button Unsuitable candidate. This action will then be recorded in the Candidate history on the Candidate card or Response detail.

IMPORTANT: Colleagues can view the links (candidates) for the next 14 days and they will only be available from 2 devices. (see above Appearance of the e-mail when forwarding a candidate to a colleague)
For example: I forward the candidates to my colleague, who can only access the candidates' personal data from his computer and mobile for 14 days. For a full 2 weeks, he can click the link as many times as he wants, as long as it's from the same computer and mobile.
