In complete Teamio, you can involve colleagues in the role of Line manager in recruitment campaigns.
Who is a line manager?
Has access only to candidates in recruitment campaigns that are shared with them
Can add notes to the candidate
Can either only evaluate candidates or communicate with them as well
Cannot change company settings or work with vacancies
In Teamio, you will find 2 line manager roles:
· Line manager who only evaluates with thumbs up/down
· Line manager who communicates with candidates via Teamio
You can involve any number of managers with different ways of collaboration in one recruitment campaign.
How to involve a line manager in a recruitment campaign?
You can involve a line manager in recruitment whenever you need. Immediately after posting the recruitment campaign in the section Recruitment campaign information or anytime later after posting the vacancy t in the list of recruitment campaigns or in any section in the Recruitment campaign detail.

To involve a colleague , it is necessary to fill in the manager's contact details. When involved in further recruitment campaigns, Teamio will remember the colleague and you will not have to enter all the details again.
You will then choose the method of collaboration with the manager:
Only evaluates with thumbs up/down and cannot communicate with candidates through Teamio.However, they can write notes about the candidates. You can choose whether Teamio should send all candidates for the vacancy and they will process them themself, or you will only send those you have pre-selected in Teamio.
Communicates with candidates through Teamio and changes their statuses within the selection process. Does not evaluate candidates with thumbs, but has permissions for the actions Invite, Reject, Write to candidate, Forward candidate, and Edit candidate contact details. You can choose whether they should also have permission for the action Hire. They have message templates available, but cannot change or add them.
In the list of recruitment campaigns under the icon of little figures, you can easily see where you have managers involved.
After saving, the manager receives an e-mail informing them that they have been involved in the recruitment campaign. Through the button View recruitment , they will be redirected directly to Teamio.
If you have agreed with a manager who has the authority to evaluate with thumbs up/down that they will not evaluate all candidates who apply for the vacancy, but you will pre-select candidates for them, you can send them using the Send to manager action above the candidate .
For sent candidates, an hourglass icon will then appear, indicating that the candidate is waiting for the manager's opinion.
Below is a preview of the e-mail from Teamio that the manager will receive to assess the selected candidates. The manager will click directly from the e-mail into Teamio, where after logging in, they will see a filtered list of candidates they need to assess.

The manager can then use special actions on the candidate: To invite and Not suitable or Leave for later. They can also add an explanatory note. You will receive a notification that the manager has commented on the candidates under the bell icon in Teamio.
How will you know that the manager has evaluated the candidate?
We send you notifications about evaluations and notes both as an e-mail and directly in Teamio under the bell icon.
You can set where you want to receive notifications and how often in Teamio settings in the Notifications section.
Then you can easily filter candidates for the vacancy based on the manager's opinion and continue working with the candidates.
At a glance, you can see for each candidate whether and how they were rated by the manager. When you hover over the evaluation, you will see information about how individual managers commented on the candidate.
