If you don’t show up for your Temper Staff shift, the hiring company can mark you as a no-show. This leads to the cancellation of your contract. Your labour agreement is no longer valid now, and you won’t have any further obligations related to that shift.
No-show Just like with cancellations, there are consequences for not showing up. If you don’t show up, it will be marked as a ‘no-show’, which can negatively affect your attendance record. It may also be counted as up to two strikes. 3 strikes could lead to a platform ban. Read more about the strike system here.
Important note Keep in mind that Temper Staff doesn’t have a substitution process, so you can’t swap shifts with someone else if you decide not to go.
