When you can't make it to a Temper Staff shift, you don't need to find a substitute. It’s not your responsibility and simply not possible. Instead, follow our cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy:
Cancel more than 48 hours before the shift: No consequences.
Cancel within 48 hours of the shift: It will be marked as a late cancellation and potentially as a strike.
Important: Strikes
A no-show or late cancellation might lead to up to two strikes on your profile. Accumulating 3 strikes could result in a ban from the platform. Make sure to cancel on time to keep your profile in good shape.
