Tetra makes it easy to share projects, interviews, snippets, and insights, both within and outside your organization. Here’s how to manage access and share different elements of your research.
1. Sharing Project Access
When you create a project, it defaults to being private, only accessible to you. You can adjust the access in several ways:
• Make it Public: Allow the entire organization to access the project.
• Invite Team Members: Share the project with specific individuals or entire teams by inviting them.
2. Sharing Project Elements
Tetra allows you to share individual elements within a project. For example, you can share a single interview:
• Step 1: Click the Share button at the top-right corner of the interview page.
• Step 2: Choose from the following sharing options:
• Share with Logged-In Users: Only people logged into your organization’s Tetra account with project access will be able to view the interview.
• Password Protect: Restrict access to users who have the password.
• Public Sharing: Share the interview with people outside your organization by making it public.
You can also export the interview’s transcript or download the video directly.
3. Sharing Snippets
You can share specific snippets along with related notes, tags, and insights:
• Step 1: Click the Share icon on the snippet you want to share.
• Step 2: Select the sharing options, just like you would for an interview.
Additionally, you can export the snippet as an MP4 if you want to share it outside the Tetra platform.
4. Sharing Insights
Insights can also be shared easily within Tetra:
• Step 1: Click the Share button on any insight.
• Step 2: Choose your preferred sharing option:
• Share with teammates.
• Password protect the insight.
• Make it public to share with external stakeholders.
