Order tracking, lead times, and shipping updates for That Cool Living orders.

Quick answer

If your order has shipped, your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. If you have not received a shipping confirmation yet, your order is either being prepared for dispatch or (for made-to-order items) still within the production lead time.

Step 1: Check if your order has shipped

When your order leaves our warehouse, we email a shipping confirmation with tracking.

  • Search your inbox for “That Cool Living”

  • Check Spam and Promotions folders

  • If you have tracking, use the carrier link to see the latest scan updates

Step 2: If you have not received shipping confirmation

If your items were in stock at the time of purchase

We aim to ship within 1 to 5 business days. Timing may be slightly longer during peak periods due to higher warehouse and carrier volumes.

If one or more items were not in stock

Your order has been processed with the manufacturer and is in production. The tentative lead time is listed in your order confirmation email, based on the manufacturer’s guidance for that specific item.

Once the shipment arrives at our warehouse, we typically dispatch within 24 hours and email the tracking information automatically.

What if the lead time has passed?

If you are already past the tentative window shown in your order confirmation email, we are sorry for the delay. The most common reasons are:

  • The manufacturer's production is running behind schedule during periods of higher volume.

  • Carrier congestion during seasonal peaks

We monitor open orders closely and push for the earliest possible dispatch. As soon as your items arrive with us, we ship right away. In some delayed cases, we may upgrade shipping to a faster service where possible.
