Choose your plan based on your athlete profile, competitive goals, and available time.


Step 1: Are you competing as an INDIVIDUAL or in a DOUBLES?


INDIVIDUAL ATHLETES

Do you want to train consistently all season long and compete in multiple races?

Choose: Individual All-Season Plan

  • Training: 6–7 sessions/week, 75–90 min/session​

  • Investment: €40/month

Full-year, structured program for high-performing athletes. Built to help you peak multiple times in a season. You will always have a pre-race taper/peak and post-race specific recovery.


Are you racing HYROX Lisbon and want a plan tailored to that event?

Choose: HYROX Lisbon – Specific Race Plan
Training: 6 sessions/week · 60–90 min/session + 2/3 Optional sessions

Investment:

  • Individual: €42

  • Doubles: €25 (per athlete)

    A course- and event-specific program designed around the demands of HYROX Lisbon. Includes targeted preparation, pacing strategy, and a precise peak & taper for race weekend.
    You can start anytime — the plan is automatically aligned to your race date.

Extras:

  • Priority access and discounts on all HYROX Lisbon pre-race week events
    (technical workshops, track & sightseeing runs, AlphaDen drop-ins, and race-week activations)

  • Priority access to Hyrox Lisbon event registration (48h).


Do you have a specific race coming up and want to peak at the right time?

Choose: Individual Race-Prep Program

  • Training: 6–7 sessions/week, 75–90 min/session

  • Investment: €40/month
    Personalized 8–20 week plan starting when you register. Includes pre- and post-race support.


Are you building fitness, just starting out, or returning from a break?

Choose: Base Building Plan

  • Training: 6 sessions/week, 60–120 min/session

  • Investment: €60/month

  • A foundational program focused on strength, endurance, and movement efficiency. Perfect for off-season or new athletes.


Are you a HYROX athlete looking to improve your running performance specifically?

Choose: Base Run Plan

  • Training: 6 sessions/week + 1 double session day

  • Daily Duration: 60–120 minutes

  • Investment: €60/month
    A base-building plan with an emphasis on running development, pacing, threshold and VO₂ max performance.


Do you want a completely personalized experience with ongoing coaching and strategy?

Choose: One-on-One Coaching Plan

  • Training: Custom plan based on your availability and goals

  • Coach Access: Weekly voice messages, check-ins, and race strategy calls

  • Investment: €300/monthly.
    Tailored training with elite-level coaching and full flexibility.


Elite Plan (Invitation Only)

Destined to Top-tier athletes pursuing European/World Championship qualification or podiums.

This plan is a high-performance track within the All-Season framework — with increased intensity, double sessions, and a volume designed to develop elite-level performance. Entry is limited to athletes who’ve already proven themselves in official HYROX PRO races.


Elite Entry Requirements (2025/26 Season)

You must have completed at least one PRO Race in the 2024/25 season with the following results:

  • Men: Under 61 minutes

  • Women: Under 66 minutes

    Best for elite competitors who want to train at the highest level — with performance benchmarks, direct coach access, and elevated expectations.


DOUBLES

Are you racing multiple events this season and want structured, long-term preparation?

Choose: Doubles All-Season Plan

  • Training: 6 sessions/week, 75–90 min/session

  • Investment: €25/month (per athlete)

Proven programming for competitive doubles teams. Emphasis on teamwork, transitions, and tactical fitness.


Are you preparing for a single event and want to peak together as a team?

Choose: Doubles Race-Prep Program

  • Training: 6 sessions/week, 75–90 min/session

  • Investment: €25/month (per athlete)
    Customized 8–20 week plan aligned with your race date. Includes pacing strategy and race-day prep for both athletes.
