New Features

Employees of a Company

We’ve introduced a new “Employees” tab on the company side panel, making it easy to view a list of people who have worked at a company. Users can explore the profiles of any individual employee, and take additional actions such as adding them to a project.

Create Scorecards From the Project

Teams are now able to define and manage candidate scorecards directly from the project without having to leave the project, create a template in admin, and then add it to the project. This new streamlined flow allows project teams to quickly spin up scorecards where they’re already working and keep making progress without getting slowed down by unnecessary overhead.

Configurable Columns for Project Index

We’re excited to introduce a more flexible and personalized experience on the Project Index with Configurable Columns! This update empowers users to tailor the information they see, making it easier to focus on what matters most to their workflow. From customizing which columns are visible, to reordering them, and even ensuring your preferences stick around for your next visit, this release is all about putting you in control.

Key enhancements include:

  • The ability to add, remove, and reorder columns on the Project Index, so you can see exactly the data you need.

  • Your column configuration is now saved, so your preferred view is ready every time you return.

  • Sorting is now available on the Project Index, making it simple to organize your projects the way you want.

  • When you download a CSV from the Project Index, it will include all the columns you’ve configured, ensuring your exports match your on-screen view.

  • We’ve also updated the CSV download icon across the app for a consistent and modern look.

These improvements are designed to streamline your workflow and make managing projects in Thrive TRM more intuitive and efficient.

Move to Top Action for Candidates

Recruiters can now quickly send candidates to the top of the column on project boards with the new “Move to Top” option, available in candidate menus and bulk actions. This instantly moves one or more candidates to the top of their current column—no more tedious drag-and-drop! The action preserves the relative order of bulk-selected candidates, respects user permissions, and is disabled when custom sorting is applied, making candidate management smoother and more efficient.

Feature Enhancements

Retired Auto-Generation of Tasks

We’ve removed our automated task generator and marked all existing auto-generated tasks as complete. The auto generated tasks that will be turned off are the Fill out offer, Schedule interview and Complete scorecard tasks. Tasks can still be manually created, assigned, marked as completed, etc.

Persistent View Filters

Thrive now remembers your preference for "All" vs. "Project" views within Notes, Outreaches, Scorecards, and Events. Your selection will remain active as you navigate between different candidate profiles.

Persist Search Filters

When navigating across pages in thrive, you can use your browser back button to return to the page you were on without losing keyword search and filter inputs.

Name Synonym Search Enhancement

We’ve made it easier to find people with commonly used name variations on the person index. Now, when you search for a name synonym or nickname (like Dave/David or Mike/Michael), the results will include all relevant variations, making it simpler to locate the right person.

Stricter Semantic Search Filtering

We've improved the relevance of semantic search results by tightening filter criteria, ensuring that every returned profile now clearly matches the specific experience constraints in your query. This update means you'll spend less time sifting through irrelevant results and more time finding exactly the talent or experience you're after.

Off Limits Entry Metadata

Users can now see who created and last edited any manually created Off Limits entry for a person or company. This update makes it easier to track the history of a person’s Off Limits status, understand their context, and know who to contact if something looks out of date or needs clarification.

Multiple Placed Candidate Off-Limits

Placed Candidate Off Limits now supports multiple hires on the same project, ensuring each hired candidate gets their own unique off-limits entry based on their individual start date and the project’s off-limits duration. The off limits tab on the project side panel now shows all hired candidates and the off limits timeline for each.

High Impact Bug Fixes

Filtering Issue on Notes, Scorecards, etc. on Person Side Panel

Fixed an issue where filters appeared to be applied by default on the Notes, Outreaches, Scorecards, and Events tabs in the person side panel, causing users to see a "no results" state. Now, all records display as expected.

In addition to the fixes above, we’ve addressed a range of smaller bugs and UI issues to keep Thrive running smoothly.
