Branded Mobile App Reporting in Toast Web

The Branded Mobile App reporting feature allows you to generate a sales report that compares transactions made through the app against those from other digital channels. You can define the reporting period, select specific locations, and choose the digital channels you want to include in the analysis. Follow the steps below to navigate to your reporting.

  1. In Toast Web, navigate to Reports > Sales > Digital order sources.

  2. Select the Digital surfaces drop-down to choose which orders you want to view within the report.

  3. You can set a date range, choose the locations you want to report on, and select the digital channels from which you want to pull order data. The report will show the Total sales sum and the Total order count for the criteria specified at the top of the screen.

  4. To download, please select the blue down arrow icon in the top right corner.

If you are looking for data on downloads or App Store performance, you can get that directly from your Apple and Google accounts.

For Google, visit Google Play Console and select your app. Then select Statistics from the menu on the left-hand side of your screen.
