      • Once logged in to App Store Connect, locate the Apps section on the main dashboard in the top bar. This is where all your apps are listed.

      • If you don’t see your app, make sure you're signed in with the correct Apple Developer account and have the necessary permissions to access it.

    • Select Your App

      • Select your app to open its detailed page. This will provide access to various sections along the left side, including App Information, App Review, History, and Pricing and Availability.

    • View the App Store Version Details

      • Within your app’s page, navigate to the App Review tab. This section shows the version history and the current state of your app submission.

  3. Locate the Current Submission Status

    • On the App Store Versions page, check the Status Badge next to the app version. On the App Store Versions page, check the Status Badge next to the app version.

    • The status badge will indicate the current stage of your app, such as

      • Prepare for Submission: App details are being finalized but haven’t been submitted yet.

      • Waiting for Review: The app is in Apple's review queue.

      • In Review: The app is actively being reviewed by Apple.

      • Pending Developer Release: Approved but awaiting confirmation for release.

      • Ready for Distribution: The app is live on the App Store.

      • Rejected: The app has been rejected, and feedback is available.

      • Processing for App Store: The app is being prepared for public release.

  4. Monitor Review Timelines

    • Apple aims to review initial submissions within approximately 72 hours.

    • If your app remains in the same status beyond this period, further action may be required.

  5. Set Up Notifications

    • Enable email notifications in your App Store Connect account settings to receive updates on status changes.

    • Alternatively, use the App Store Connect app on your iPhone or iPad to monitor statuses and receive push notifications.

  6. Address Potential Issues

    • If your app status is Rejected, review the feedback, make necessary adjustments, and resubmit.

    • For statuses like Missing Compliance or Invalid Binary, follow the provided instructions in App Store Connect.

  7. Contact Care if Needed

    • If your app remains in a specific status for an extended period or you encounter issues, contact Customer Care for assistance.

To help you monitor the status of your app submission and anticipate its release in the Google Play Developer Console, please follow these steps:

  1. Log In to Google Play Developer Console

  2. Go to Your App's Dashboard

    • Once logged in, locate the Dashboard on the left-hand menu. This is your hub for managing all apps linked to your account.

    • If you don’t see your app listed, confirm that you’re in the correct developer account and have the necessary permissions.

    • Please also confirm that you don’t have any compliance banners, for example, a blue banner asking you to Finish setting up your developer account.

  3. Select Your App

    • From the list of apps, select the name of the app you want to check. This will open the app-specific dashboard, which displays key metrics and options for app management.

  4. Navigate to the Test and Release section

    • In the left-hand menu for your app, find and select Test and Release. You manage your app’s testing tracks and production releases in this section.

  5. Navigate to Releases Overview

    • Under Test and Release, select Releases Overview. This page provides a detailed summary of your app’s release process.

  6. Check the Current Status of Your Submission

    • On the Releases Overview page, you’ll see the release tracks (e.g., Production, Open Testing, Closed Testing, Internal Testing).

    • Look for your app's current release track and examine the status. Common statuses include:

      • Draft: Not yet published.

      • Internal Testing: Available only via a private URL.

      • Pre-registration: Users can pre-register before launch.

      • Production: Live on Google Play.

      • Unpublished: Available only to existing users

      • Removed by Google: Requires a policy-compliant update.

      • Suspended by Google: Must submit an appeal for reinstatement.

  7. Contact Care if Necessary
