Question
What should I do if my Samsung Tizen player's network diagnostic shows no internet access?
How do I troubleshoot a Samsung Tizen player that shows an offline status?
Why is my Samsung Tizen player appearing offline in the Navori platform?
β
Answer
If your Samsung Tizen player shows a red checkbox in the Navori/Engage platform, it means the device is offline. Follow these steps to get your content back on screen.

Check if the Navori App is Open
If your screen is blank, the player app may have closed.
Press the Home button on your remote.
Look for the Custom App icon (it is located next to App Management and usually has no text label).
Select it and press Enter.
If the Custom App is missing, go to App Management and press Enter.
Select Install Custom App and press Enter to relaunch.
Verify the Network Connection
If the app is running but the player still shows as offline, check the internet status:
Press the Settings button on your remote.
Navigate to Network and press Enter.
Select Network Status and press Enter.
The display will run a diagnostic. If it reports no internet access, continue to Step 3.
Check the Hardware (Ethernet)
If the diagnostic fails, there is a physical connection issue:
Check the Cable: Ensure the Ethernet cable is plugged firmly into the back of the panel and the network switch.
Check for Lights: Look for a flashing link light on the network switch.
Reset the Cable: If there are no lights, unplug the Ethernet cable and plug it back in, or try a different cable.
If you cannot trace the cable or the network remains down after these steps, please reach out to Delphi Technical Support for further assistance.
