Exploring Tourmie's main menu

After completing your registration in the app, you will be met with Tourmie's main menu. This will be the activity centre of your account, enabling you to manage every little detail effectively and efficiently.


📑 Basic tabs

Onboarding

In the Onboarding tab, you can find all the quicks steps needed to complete your account and explore all the possibilities of the app. Once all steps are completed, the tab will disappear.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the control panel of your account, with quick action buttons, analytics, information about your current and upcoming bookings, your Guest Guide views, and service bookings. You can also access Tourmie's Help Centre through the Dashboard.

Bookings

In the Bookings tab, you can find all bookings per category (accommodations, car rentals, transfers, experiences, food). By clicking the blue Booking ID, you can access all booking information.

Guests

In the Guests tab, you will find a table with the available guests details and the booking costs.

Properties

In the Properties tab, you can add, view and edit your Properties, creating the perfect Guest Guide.

Online check-in

In the Online check-in tab, you can edit and customise your online check-in form or create a new one. You can also create custom form questions and access all successful form submissions from your guests. If needed, you can export the submissions as well.

Guest Requests

In the Guest Requests tab, you can find a table with all the requests created by your guests and even create one on their behalf.

Services

In the Services tab, you can create your own in-house services or manage outsourced services from your partners.

Partnerships

In the Partnerships tab, you can find all active, cancelled, or pending invitations. You can also invite your existing partners to join Tourmie or expand your network by finding new business partners through our Partner Finder.

Guest Guide

In the Guest Guide tab, you can easily manage details such as contact information. From this tab, you can create the Area Guide map, where you can add any places you want to recommend to your guests.

Messages

From the Messages tab, you create automated messages to share your guides and engage your guests, as well as direct messages to keep them always up to date.

Inbox

In the Inbox tab, you can find a tool for Guest Messaging, through various channels such as email, SMS, WhatsApp and live chat.

Performance

The Performance tab, gives you an insight on your business activity.

Integrations

In the Integrations tab, you can connect with your PMS/Channel Manager and other useful tools.

Settings

The Settings tab lets you manage your profile and everything you need to configure your account and tools.
