Many clubs produce shaft labels for their members with their contact information. You can create shaft labels using the Page Composer. Here are the instructions:
Create an event. Name it "Shaft Labels" or something similar.
Add a Round
Add Players to the Event: It does not matter what players are added. Add as many players as their are labels on a sheet (e.g., If there are 14 labels per sheet, add 14 dummy players). Make sure they are marked as Confirmed for the round.
Go to Rounds > Report Center > New Document > New Page. Name the report "Shaft Labels". Go to "Manage Forms" to add a new form. Enter the paper and label dimensions for the form. These sometimes vary depending on where you get your shaft labels from. Below is an example of a popular shaft labels form.
Save the form.
Print for every player.
βSelect the categories to include the report and click "Save". Name the report "Shaft Labels". Do not add any fields to the report. Simply add text with the members name and info. Add a logo if needed. See sequence below.
Print the Report: Adjust dimensions of form if the labels do not match up perfectly.
Note: When needing to create shaft labels for the next member, go back and edit the report. Simply change the name and contact information to the new member. Re-print.
