Updated over 4 months ago

This feature is available for the following products:

Q: Is it possible to create and print gift certificates?

A: Yes, you can create gift certificates using our Report Composer or you can browse the user community of reports in the Report Center for a gift certificate report.

Here are the steps to creating gift certificates using the Report Composer:

  1. Find an image of the gift certificate you'd like to use. If you do not have one, feel free to use this example or search the web for another.

  2. Go to the Rounds (make sure the tournament is set up) >Report Center > New Document > New Report.

Create a name for the report and select the layout. The layout used in the screenshot above is for 8 1/2" by 11" paper with no headers. (Note: This is typically the layout that will be used, however if it is not the paper and layout you want to use, you can create a new layout by going back to the previous page.) Click Save.

  3. Select "Add New Content Area" by "Player" then click "Design"

  4. Re-size the content area to fit the gift certificate then upload the gift certificate image. Re-size the image to fit the content area. See below sequence. After producing the gift certificate, if the size is too small or large, just go back and re-size the image to the desired specifications.

  5. Add text, fields, and logo. In the sequence below, we are uploading a logo and adding text fields. Always check out the refresh the preview below to ensure you are setting the gift certificate correctly. Save the design when finished.

  6. Sort the gift certificates (when printed) by rank in the desired tournament that is set up. See the sequence below.

  7. Filter the gift certificates so they will be created only for players who have earned purse/points. See the sequence below.

  8. Print the report once it is finalized. You can then use this report for other events as well. See below for example of finished product.
