Setup Wizard Access

Depending on the Team Matches Format, the accessible steps might be slightly different:

  • Initial Setup: From the Initial Setup, you can access the high-level settings, impact the layout and structure of your Team Match Season, review tournament setup, Handicapping, and more. For complete details about the available options in the Initial Setup, Click Here.

  • Teams: The Teams step allows you to manage clubs and teams participating in the Team Matches Season. Add/Remove clubs, change team names, and modify seeding. • Schedule: The Schedule page allows you to review/update match dates, view matches, and add starting time and host facility if you enabled the option. Score Reports

Score reports can be generated for brackets, regions, sections, and rounds that have hole-by-hole scores entered. These reports contain information about players, teams, scores, Handicap Indexes, Playing Handicaps, and differentials. The report is especially useful for identifying players who play above or below their differential. To generate score reports, follow these directions (Note: The Process is similar for both Round Robin and Bracket format Team Matches.):

  2. Filter by:

  3. Once the filtering parameters are set, click "Run Report" to generate the report in XLS format (as shown below).

    2. Change the current sections page: If the region you're currently viewing contains more than 5 sections, this dropdown will appear. It enables you to navigate between groups of sections.

  3. To the right of the team name, click "Add Team Captain." You can then enter the team captain's first name, last name, and email address. If there are multiple team captains, click the "+Add Team Captain" button. Note: You can also make an individual team captain for multiple teams.

If the invited team captain already has a registered login with Golf Genius TM Club as a player or manager, they will receive an email confirmation without instructions to create a password. They will access the Team Matches portal with their current login credentials. When logging in and navigating to the Customer Center page, users can transition from Association events (Team Matches) to club events.
