Request Log

The Request Log shows details for dispatch requests sent to your company, including digital dispatches and emailed calls.

The Request Log shows details for dispatch requests sent to your company, including digital dispatches, emailed calls, and AAA calls.

You’ll see data for each request in the log so you can check what was sent in the original request. You can even use the log to make sure an email was received by the system.

There’s a tab in the "Dispatching" section called "Request Log". If you click on the tab, it opens the Digital Requests log. From that page, you’ll also see a tab for Other Requests

Digital Requests

The digital dispatch log shows a history of all the digital dispatch requests sent to your company. The log includes the basic details of a digital request, including; Date and Time (of the request), ID, Provider/Contractor ID, Call Number (if one was created), PO#, Service Needed, Vehicle (year, make and model) and Request Expiration Time.

Each Digital Request also shows the current Status of the request. Listed below are the different status types and what they mean.

  • Accepted (The call was accepted by your company)

  • Rejected (Your company rejected the call)

  • Canceled (the call was canceled by the motor club)

  • Expired (the digital request expired)

  • Automated Phone Call Requested (the system automatically requested a phone call)

  • Phone Call Requested (someone at your company requested a phone call)

  • Phone Call Request Failed (the phone call request failed – the motor club will still call)

You can click on any call to view the details of the request, open the call, or open the invoice.

Other Dispatches

The Other Requests log shows a history of the call requests sent to your company by email or through AAA. The log includes the basic details from an email request, including; Date and Time (of the request), Account, Call Number (if one was created), PO number, and File ID.

You can click on any call to view the original file, open the call or open the invoice.
