This feature automatically sends tracking status updates—specifically “Out for Delivery” and “Delivered”—to Shopify, triggering Shopify’s native email and SMS notifications to your customers.
Once enabled, your customers will receive timely updates from Shopify when their orders are about to arrive or have been successfully delivered, helping improve the post-purchase experience and reduce support tickets.

You can activate this feature in the Track123 App under:
Track123 App → Settings → Send shipping tracking events to Shopify
⚠️ Friendly Reminder:
This feature only applies to new orders placed after it has been enabled.
Orders created before activation will not trigger notifications, even if their status updates.
