The Custom Tracking Info feature allows you to automatically insert a custom message into the tracking timeline when a shipment has not received any tracking updates for a specified number of days. This helps keep buyers informed during periods of tracking inactivity.
How to Set Up Custom Tracking Info
Go to Track123 App → Add-ons → Custom Tracking Info.
Click the Edit icon.
In the Message shown to buyers field, enter the shipping information or message you would like customers to see.
In the Days without update field, specify the number of days without tracking updates that will trigger the message.
Click Enable to activate the feature.
Once enabled, the custom message will be automatically displayed in the tracking timeline whenever a shipment reaches the specified number of days without an update.
Note: Custom message will applies to in-transit shipments only. Inserted once per shipment.
