When sending a Credit Card Authorization Form as a link, you are required to set a default authorization amount, description, and deadline in order to do so.

When you set a default, that means that anyone who uses the link to the form will be authorizing the amount you have set as a default. If you are wanting to authorize a different amount than the default, you will have to send the form directly to them, or create another form with another default.

Here's how to set default values in a Credit Card Authorization Form:

1. Go to the form

Go to the form in your library.

2. Edit the Credit Card question

Click on the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the question.

3. Click on Set Default Authorization Information

4. Set Default Authorization Information

Enter the information that you would like to be the default for this form. An Authorization Description, Amount, and Deadline is required.

5. Click on the Check Mark

Once you've added the default values you would like, you can click on the Checkmark button on the right-hand side to save those values.
