This article describes what each application status means

  • Viewed - This means that the application has been submitted and viewed by the approving organisation.

  • Marked for review - This means the application has been sent to the review group to review the application.

  • Declined - This means the approver has declined the application.

  • Request Changes - This means the approver has requested changes to the application.

  • Ready for document response - This means the approver is ready to create the agreement to be sent to the applicant for partial execution.

  • Awaiting applicant execution - This means the approver has sent the document for partial execution to the applicant.

  • Awaiting approver execution - This means the document is partially executed and waiting for the approver to fully execute the agreement.

  • Fully executed - This means the approver has fully executed the agreement.

  • Archived - This indicates that the Agreement stayed without full execution or any other action for over two years.
