Logit makes it easy to organise and store your important files and links in one secure location. With the ability to upload and manage various types of content, you can keep everything you need readily accessible and well-organised.
How do I upload documents to Logit
Go to Repository in the configure portal.
Click View and go to any document type you want to upload the files.
Click Add Folder to create a folder.
Go to the folder and click Add Document to upload a single file. If you want to upload multiple files, click Add Multiple Documents (up to 10 files at once). Please ensure each file is no larger than 50 MB.
If you want to store a link, click Add Link.
You can limit team members' access to the folders or files by adding Restriction.
Once uploaded, the document will automatically pull through its properties (if set) and display the current version number.
You can edit the document and update its details, or even replace the file entirely.
Additionally, you can attach the document property to a check or record, allowing you to update it directly from the monitor portal.
Once updated, Logit will automatically store the history of changes within the document, allowing you to track all revisions.
Publishing Documents
You can attach the necessary files to the check or audit, allowing your team members to view them within the form:
Go to the form and navigate to the Documents section.
Click Attach Document and add the files to the required sections.
Did you know...?
If you need to upload a ZIP file with multiple documents, contact the Logit admin team for a direct import to your preferred folder.
You can create an access control called 'Archived' to hide documents from user visibility while keeping the original file stored for future use.
