What kind of communications does TryNow send to the shopper?

TryNow triggers 6 emails at every major milestone of the post-purchase shopper journey that educate the shopper on the experience and provide information on what action to take:

  1. Order confirmation email

    Subject: Trial confirmed

  2. Order Shipping Confirmation

    Subject: Your trial begins today!

  3. Trial Ends

    Subject: Your trial is ending

  4. Returns

    Subject: Return Initiated

  5. Trial Receipt

    Subject: You're all set

  6. Post-Purchase Survey

    Subject: How was your <Merchant Name> trial experience?

Depending on how long you have set your trial period to be and whether you are a Shopify Plus merchant, your shopper may be notified that their card requires a re-authorization. Reauthorization Email

Subject: Your <Merchant Name> trial requires a card re-authorization

This email is sent if a shopper's card needs to be re-authorized.
