Services actioned by Pencil support team
The Pencil team can help with bulk administrative tasks to support your workspace setup and management. These services are typically requested through support and handled by our team.
Here’s what we can assist with:
Bulk workspace creation
If you're onboarding multiple teams or clients, we can help by creating several workspaces for you at once.Bulk user management
Need to add, update, or remove multiple users across multiple workspaces? Send us a structured list and we’ll take care of it.Bulk user role updates
We can help update roles for users in bulk, saving you time when reorganising access levels.
Here’s what we can assist with:
To request any of these services, just reach out to our support team with the relevant details. We’ll confirm and process your request within our standard resolution timelines based on the P3 priority list as shared above.
Services not actioned by the Pencil support team
While we’re happy to help with bulk operations, there are a few services that fall outside of what our support team can action directly:
Single workspace creation: We only support bulk workspace creation. Requests for one or two new workspaces should be handled by respective workspace/agency admins.
Workspace renaming: This must be done by workspace admins directly in the platform.
Child workspace creation: Child workspace creation can be done by the users manually through the platform.
If you’re unsure how to complete any of these actions on your own, feel free to reach out — we’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.
