When browsers don't work properly, clearing cache and cookies can help refresh your browsing experience. Use All Time for a thorough reset.

If the website is not performing properly, not displaying properly, showing error messages, or missing items that should be displayed on the main screen or in a drop-down menu, a good first step is to clear your browser's cache and cookies. See below for steps to take based on the browser that you are using. After following the steps, it is recommended to close the browser and reopen before accessing the site again.

Quick Shortcuts

  • Chrome / Edge / Firefox (Win/Linux): Ctrl + Shift + Delete

  • Chrome / Edge / Firefox (macOS): + Shift + Delete

  • Safari (macOS):

    • Clear cache only: + + E (enable Develop menu)


Safari (macOS)

  • Cache only: Safari ▸ Settings ▸ Advanced ▸ check Show Develop menu ▸ Develop ▸ Empty Caches.

  • Cookies & site data: Safari ▸ Settings ▸ Privacy ▸ Manage Website Data ▸ Remove All.

  • History + cookies + cache: History ▸ Clear History… ▸ select All History.


Chrome

  • Menu ▸ Settings ▸ Privacy & security ▸ Clear browsing data.

  • Check Cookies and other site data + Cached images and files.

  • Choose Time range: All time ▸ Clear data.

  • Single site: Lock icon ▸ Cookies / Site settings ▸ Remove.


Edge

  • Menu ▸ Settings ▸ Privacy, search, and services ▸ Choose what to clear.

  • Select Cookies and other site data + Cached images and files.

  • Pick Time range: All time ▸ Clear now.

  • Single site: Lock icon ▸ Cookies / Site permissions ▸ Remove.


Firefox

  • Menu ▸ Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Cookies and Site Data ▸ Clear Data.

  • Select Cookies and/or Cached Web Content ▸ Clear.

  • Shortcut: Ctrl/⌘ + Shift + Delete ▸ pick Time range: All time ▸ check Cookies + Cache ▸ OK.

  • Single site: Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Manage Data ▸ search site ▸ Remove.


What to Clear

  • Cache only: fixes visual glitches, outdated pages; keeps logins.

  • Cookies + site data: fixes login loops, stuck carts; signs you out.

  • History: optional, removes browsing record.
