Clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner to navigate to the admin page

Step 2: Import eBay Business Policies to Lister
After eBay has been connected to Lister, you’ll need to import your eBay business policies to list products to eBay via Lister. Follow these steps after creating and reviewing your eBay business policies:
Navigate to the eBay admin page in Lister
Click the “Edit settings” link next to your connected account
On the next page, click the “Edit Seller Profiles” button at the top of page
Click the gray “Sync Profiles” button in the top right corner. Your policies will import within a few seconds
Optional: Set a default payment, shipping, and return profile to use with listings
Click the blue “Save” button at the bottom of the business policy list
💡Operational Tip: You can override the default business policies while listing an item or via Listing Strategies.
Step 3: Verify Order Cancellation Settings in eBay
A vital step in connecting eBay to Lister is ensuring eBay is correctly set up to cancel unpaid orders and not relist canceled items. If this step is not correctly followed, eBay will create duplicate listings that Lister does not control, potentially resulting in double sales and eBay Seller Defect ratings.
💡Operational Tip: eBay settings and features frequently change. Stay up to date with changes by checking the eBay seller update page here.
Login to eBay and navigate to your account settings page
Click on “Selling preferences”
Click “Edit” next to “Preferences for items awaiting payment”
In your Preferences for items awaiting payment menu, ensure “Automatically cancel unpaid items” is toggled ON
Select how long buyers have to pay for items (We recommend keeping this to 7 days or fewer for speedy payments)
Ensure “Automatically relist canceled items” is toggled OFF
Click the blue “Save” button at the bottom of the page
Step 4: Configure New Listing Strategies
We do not recommend adding a new marketplace to an existing listing strategy in Lister, as old items created before the strategy is updated will fail once they reach the new marketplace step.
This happens because the original listing was created only with the previous marketplace details.
Example:
A listing strategy has three Shopify steps
1000 items are created using this 3-step Shopify strategy
The strategy is edited, and a new eBay step is added
Result: Any of the original 1000 items created will fail if they reach the Shopify step, as they were listed without Shopify details
Step 5: Configure Charity Settings (Non-Profit Sellers Only)
501-c3 sellers should enter their eBay for Charity ID number from eBay into the Lister eBay settings page to save on eBay fees. Not an eBay charity yet? Reach out to support@uprightlabs.com for help.
Navigate to the eBay for Charity page and look up your organization
Copy the Charity ID from eBay to your clipboard
Navigate to your Lister eBay settings page
Paste the Charity ID number to the same filed
Click “Save” at the bottom of the page
Next Steps: Advanced eBay Settings and Options
Now that eBay is connected to Lister follow these guides to learn more about settings within Lister and eBay.

How to Reconnect eBay to Lister
If you change your eBay credentials, you'll see a banner at the top of Lister asking you to re-link the account. All you need to do is be logged into your eBay account and click the blue “Relink account now” button from your eBay settings page in Lister.
How to Prevent Double Sales on eBay
The two most common reasons why an item may sell twice on eBay are if your settings for awaiting payment are incorrectly set up or if an item is canceled on eBay and automatically relisted by eBay.
