For BackOffice and Procurement users in Kojo, you have the ability to switch between the views of multiple roles seamlessly within Kojo Jobsite and Kojo Office. If your business has Warehouse staff that does Purchasing, this makes it simple to view everything needed between these two roles. Continue reading to learn how to set this up in your account.
Note: This feature is only available for customers who have a BackOffice or Procurement user set up within their Kojo account.
1. To get started, navigate to Settings in the left-hand navigation menu and select the tab named Settings. Here you'll find a new option under user settings where you can enable office users to access the Warehouse and Field user experiences and views.
2. In Kojo Office, you'll now see a drop-down menu under the left-hand navigation pane where you can switch between Office, Warehouse, and Field user roles.
3. Within Kojo Jobsite Mobile, there is a new button available that allows Office users to switch between the Field and Warehouse functions.
