Advanced Time Out Instructions from HH2
On your Sage server, do a Windows search for "Services" and stop the hh2 Synchronization Service.
End any tsObject.exe processes (view in Task Manager>Details tab).
Log into Sage using the hh2 user created during the hh2 sync client installation call. The issue may be specific to the hh2 user so please use this user and not a different admin user.
Open the hh2 Synchronization Client in console mode (HydrousHost). It can be found at the file path: C:\ProgramData\Digital Business Integration\hh2 Synchronization Client (64-bit). Right click on Hyrdrous.Host.exe and select run as Administrator.
If there are items currently queued up (in "linking" status in Kojo) then they should start processing after the hydrous host gets to the status of “Polling for work…”. If nothing is currently "Linking" then something will need to be exported.
In Sage, go to Applications -> Common Tasks -> Background Tasks. From there you should see the POs/Invoices process. An error may pop up from Sage indicating an issue. The most common issues experienced are “Data Inconsistency” and “Your XX License will expire in XX days.”
Acknowledge these errors, and if a check box is present that makes it not appear again then ensure that is checked.
If no errors are present and the export completes normally then the issue should be resolved.
Exit out of the Hydrous.Host program and start the hh2 Synchronization service to resume normal operation.
If under normal operating parameters, the exports are still failing and without any Sage pop up errors then the issue is likely to be Permissions related where the hh2 sync client operating under the local system user does not have access to perform all functions.
