How do I manage multiple cards under one account?
You can manage multiple V1CE cards under one account. On V1CE ClientCapture OS, you add a user for each person from the link switcher in the top left of your dashboard, and each user gets their own page, their own live link, and their own dashboard, all under one login. V1CE ClientCapture OS includes unlimited pages under one account, so you can run as many users as you need from one subscription.
How to add a user on V1CE ClientCapture OS
To add a user on V1CE ClientCapture OS, use the link switcher in the top left of your dashboard:
Log in at app.v1ce.co
Open the link switcher in the top left to open Your users
Click Add another user
Enter the person's name, then Duplicate an existing user's page so you edit rather than rebuild (recommended), choose a template, or start blank
Click Create user, then assign the physical V1CE card to that user's page
For the full walkthrough, including team roles and branding, see How do I manage multiple cards or team members on V1CE?
Switching between users
To switch between users, open the link switcher in the top left and select the user you want. This is useful if you have a personal card and a business card, cards for different companies or roles, or different pages for different events.
How many pages can I have?
The number of pages you can have depends on your plan. V1CE Free Forever includes one V1CE page. V1CE ClientCapture OS includes unlimited pages under one account. For the full feature list per plan, see What plan am I on and what features do I have?
Can I link multiple cards to the same page?
Yes. If you want two physical V1CE cards (for example, a standard-size card and a phone sticker) to show the same page, assign them both to the same user's page.
If you are on legacy V1CE Plus, Pro, or Teams software
If you are on the legacy V1CE software, you manage multiple cardholders through the link switcher by creating a separate link for each person, then assigning each card under Tap/NFC Cards. The legacy steps are covered in How do I manage multiple cards or team members on V1CE?
