I have reached my card limit. How do I create more?
Upgrade your plan to get more card slots. The free plan has a limited number of digital cards. Plus and Teams plans allow you to create additional cards and profiles.
How to check your limit
Log in at app.v1ce.co
Try creating a new digital card or profile
If you see a limit message, you have reached the maximum for your plan
How to get more slots
Upgrade to Plus
Go to Settings > Manage Subscriptions
Select the Plus plan
You will have access to more digital card slots
Upgrade to Teams
If you need cards for multiple people, the Teams plan gives you additional slots for every team member.
I deleted a card but still see the limit
Try refreshing your dashboard. If the limit persists:
• Clear your browser cache • Log out and log back in • Contact us and we can check your account
Can I create unlimited digital cards?
The number of cards depends on your plan. Teams and enterprise plans offer the most flexibility. Contact us if you need a high volume of digital cards.
