Let's get your email signature ready.
To start with, we are going to click on more, toggle email signatures on, and then click on the tab.
2. Next, we press get started.
3. Okay, let’s start by naming your email signature.
4. Then go through and add all the details you want to share within your signature. You can add your personal and company information, and upload your image and logo.
5. Next, we are going to add a booking link to go directly to your meeting calendar. Click 'Booking Link', then edit the button text and add your booking link.
6. After this, we will add social icons you wish to share and add a disclaimer if you wish.
7. Next, we will scroll back to the top and click edit design.
8. In here, you can edit the design aspects of your email signature, including colours, positions, icons, and dividers.
9. Okay, once you are happy, we are going to press save.
10. Next, we will click copy signature, choose your platform, and see the instructions to add it to your email.
11. Paste the signature in your settings and go to compose an email
12. That’s it, your email signature is complete.
