How to track a V1CE order, expected delivery times, and what to do if your order is delayed or tracking says delivered but the package is missing — V1CE owns the carrier investigation.

Where is my order or tracking update?

Once your V1CE card is printed and shipped, you receive a tracking email with a link to follow your delivery. If you have not received tracking yet, your card is still in production. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you do not have the package, V1CE will open the carrier investigation on your behalf and reprint at no extra cost. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.

How to track your order

  1. Check your email (including Spam and Junk folders) for a shipping confirmation from V1CE.

  2. Click the tracking link in the email.

  3. Follow the carrier's website for live updates.

Order timeline

Here is what to expect after you approve your design:

  • Production: 1 to 3 business days after design approval.

  • Shipping: depends on your location and the shipping option you selected at checkout.

  • UK delivery: typically 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

  • International delivery: typically 5 to 14 business days after dispatch.

All timelines are business days (Monday to Friday). Custom or metal cards may take slightly longer.

I have not received a tracking email

  • Check your Spam and Junk folders.

  • Search for emails from V1CE or the carrier (Royal Mail, DHL, USPS, etc.).

  • Log in at v1ce.co/dashboard/orders to check your order status.

  • If your design has not been approved yet, your card has not gone to print.

I have had no contact since I paid

If you have heard nothing since paying, your order has most likely not started yet, because a V1CE card only goes to print after you upload your design and approve the mockup.

  1. Check your email, including Spam and Junk, for your V1CE order confirmation. Your order number is in that email, and you use it to open the design portal.

  2. Open your order at v1ce.co/orders. If it is asking you to upload a design, the order has not started yet.

  3. Upload your logo and any instructions, then approve the mockup. Production starts only after you approve.

  4. If the order already shows as approved and it has been more than 5 working days with no tracking, start a chat with your order number and V1CE will check the exact status.

If the orders dashboard appears blank or the design portal will not load

If v1ce.co/dashboard/orders or v1ce.co/order/ loads but no order appears, or the design portal shows a blank screen, the most common cause is being signed in with a different email than the one used to place the order.

Steps:

  1. Sign out at v1ce.co.

  2. Sign back in with the exact email used at checkout. Check the order confirmation email if unsure.

  3. Refresh the orders page.

If the page is still blank, try Chrome in an incognito window, or clear browser cache and reload.

If neither helps, send V1CE the order number (visible on the order confirmation email) and a screenshot of what you see. V1CE will look up the order directly.

My tracking says delivered but I have not received it

If tracking says delivered but the package is missing, this is V1CE's process:

  1. Do a quick check first. Ask at your address, reception, neighbours, or housemates. Look for a "safe place" delivery note. Carriers sometimes mark packages "delivered" when they have been left with a neighbour or in a safe place.

  2. If the package genuinely isn't there, contact V1CE support with your order number. You do not need photos of your doorstep or a police report.

  3. V1CE opens the carrier investigation on your behalf and reprints and reships your cards at no extra cost, typically the same working day. V1CE takes you at your word.

  4. You receive a new tracking number once the reprint dispatches.

While you wait for the reprint, you can use your V1CE digital page right away. Share it via Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or your V1CE link, so you do not have to wait for the physical reprint to start using V1CE.

My tracking shows a problem (insufficient address, returned, etc.)

Contact V1CE support with your order number. If the address was incorrect, V1CE updates it and reships your order. If the package was returned, V1CE sends it out again to the correct address.

I need my order urgently

If you need your V1CE card for an upcoming event, contact V1CE support as early as possible. V1CE can sometimes expedite production or upgrade your shipping. The sooner V1CE knows, the more options are available.
