Where is my order or tracking update?

Once your card is printed and shipped, you receive a tracking email with a link to follow your delivery. If you have not received tracking yet, your card may still be in production.

How to track your order

  1. Check your email (including Spam and Junk folders) for a shipping confirmation from V1CE

  2. Click the tracking link in the email

  3. Follow the carrier's website for live updates

Order timeline

Here is what to expect after you approve your design:

Production: 1 to 3 business days after design approval • Shipping: Depends on your location and shipping option selected at checkout • UK delivery: Typically 2 to 5 business days after dispatch • International delivery: Typically 5 to 14 business days after dispatch

All timelines are in business days (Monday to Friday). Custom or metal cards may take slightly longer.

I have not received a tracking email

• Check your Spam and Junk folders • Search for emails from V1CE or the carrier (Royal Mail, DHL, etc.) • Log in at v1ce.co/dashboard/orders to check your order status • If your design has not been approved yet, your card has not gone to print

My tracking says delivered but I have not received it

• Check with others at your address or office reception • Look for a "safe place" delivery note from the carrier • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number • Let us know and we will investigate on our end — if it is confirmed lost, we will reprint and reship

My tracking shows a problem (insufficient address, returned, etc.)

Contact us with your order number. If the address was incorrect, we will update it and reship your order. If the package was returned to us, we will send it out again to the correct address.

I need my order urgently

If you need your card for an upcoming event, let us know as soon as possible. We can sometimes expedite production or upgrade your shipping. The sooner you contact us, the more options we have.
