I am not receiving my password reset email

Check your Spam and Junk folders first. If the email is not there, your email provider may be blocking it. Contact us and we can reset your password manually.

Things to try

  1. Check Spam and Junk folders — reset emails often end up there

  2. Wait a few minutes — emails can be delayed

  3. Request the reset again from app.v1ce.co

  4. Check you are using the right email — the reset only works with the email linked to your account

  5. Try a different email client — sometimes web mail shows emails that desktop apps miss

Common causes

Corporate email blocking

Many corporate email systems block automated emails. If you signed up with a work email, ask your IT team to whitelist emails from v1ce.co. Alternatively, contact us to change your account email to a personal address.

The reset link has expired

Password reset links expire after a set time. If you clicked the link and it says expired, request a new one.

Antivirus software blocking the link

Some antivirus programs block links in emails. Try copying the URL from the email and pasting it directly into your browser.

I still cannot get the reset email

Contact us through live chat or email with:

• Your account email address • A photo of the QR code on the back of your Smart Card (for verification)
