Common causes
Corporate email blocking
Many corporate email systems block automated emails. If you signed up with a work email, ask your IT team to whitelist emails from v1ce.co. Alternatively, contact us to change your account email to a personal address.
The reset link has expired
Password reset links expire after a set time. If you clicked the link and it says expired, request a new one.
Antivirus software blocking the link
Some antivirus programs block links in emails. Try copying the URL from the email and pasting it directly into your browser.
I still cannot get the reset email
Contact us through live chat or email with:
• Your account email address • A photo of the QR code on the back of your Smart Card (for verification)
