My email verification is not working
Check your Spam or Junk folder first. If the verification email is not there, your email provider may be blocking it. Contact us with the email address you are trying to verify and we will sort it out on our end.

Common causes
Corporate email blocking
Many company email systems block automated emails from unfamiliar senders. Ask your IT team to whitelist emails from v1ce.co.
Email already in use
If you see "this email has already been used," it means an account already exists with that email. Try logging in instead, or use the Forgot Password option.
Verification code not working
If you received the code but it is not accepted:
• Make sure you are entering the most recent code (if you requested multiple times) • Check the code has not expired • Copy and paste the code instead of typing it
I still cannot verify
