Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, V1CE can change your shipping address after ordering. What you do depends on which stage your order is at. If your order has not gone to print yet, you can update the address yourself in your dashboard. If it is in production or already shipped, contact V1CE support immediately. The team can usually still update it, redirect the courier, or reprint and reship at no extra cost if the package goes to the wrong address.

If your order has not yet gone to print (self-serve)

If your order is still pre-print, meaning you haven't approved your mockup yet, or you have approved but the order hasn't entered production, you can change the shipping address yourself:

  1. Find your order

  2. Update the shipping address

  3. Save

If self-serve editing is no longer available on your order, that means your order has moved into the "preparing for print" stage and you need to contact V1CE support to make the change.

If your order is being prepared for printing

If your order is in the "preparing for printing" stage, self-serve editing is disabled but the package has not yet been collected by the courier, V1CE support can still update the address for you. Contact V1CE support with:

Your order number.

The correct shipping address (full name, street address, city, postcode/zip, country).

The team will update the address in the V1CE system and send you a confirmation invoice with the new address. No fee.

If your order has already shipped

If your order has already shipped to the wrong address, contact V1CE support immediately with your order number and the correct address. V1CE will try two things, in this order:

  1. Redirect the package with the courier. If the courier still has the package in transit, the team can send a new label to forward it to the correct address. This is the fastest fix when it works.

  2. Reprint and reship. If redirection isn't possible (package already attempted delivery, or the customer doesn't know the wrong-address recipient), V1CE reprints and reships your cards same day at no extra cost. You receive a new tracking number when the reprint dispatches.

The sooner you contact V1CE after a wrong-address shipment, the more likely option 1 succeeds.

If the order has already been delivered to the wrong address

If your order has already been delivered to a wrong address, contact V1CE support with your order number. V1CE will reprint and reship your cards to the correct address at no extra cost. The reprint typically dispatches the same working day.

I ordered to the wrong country

If you ordered to the wrong country (for example, you live in the US but accidentally entered a UK address), contact V1CE support as soon as possible with your order number and the correct country. The team will redirect or reship per the same rules above. Customs duties for the new destination country may apply on a reshipment.

Can I change the billing address

Yes. Contact V1CE support with your order number and the correct billing address, and the team will update it for you. Billing address changes do not affect where the card ships.
