Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not shipped yet, you can update the address at v1ce.co/dashboard/orders. If it has already shipped, contact us and we will try to redirect it with the carrier.

After your order has shipped
Contact us immediately with:
• Your order number • The correct shipping address
We will contact the carrier and attempt to redirect the package. This is not always possible once the package is in transit, so the sooner you let us know, the better.
If the order has already been delivered to the wrong address
Contact us with your order number. If we can confirm the delivery issue, we will reprint and reship your cards to the correct address.
Can I change the billing address?
Yes. Contact us with your order number and the correct billing address, and we will update it for you.
