My V1CE card arrived but the print or design is wrong
If your V1CE card arrived but the print or design has a defect, V1CE will reprint and reship a replacement at no extra cost. Send V1CE support a photo of the card, your order number, and a short description of the issue, and the team will start the reprint.
What counts as a print or design defect
A print or design defect is when the card V1CE produced does not match the design that was approved at the proof stage. Common defects include:
Missing colour or faded ink on the printed surface.
Smudged or blurred engraving on a metal V1CE card.
Text or logo printed in the wrong orientation.
Blurred or pixelated logo.
Wrong text on the card, where V1CE's print does not match the approved proof.
Damage to the card finish that was not caused during delivery.
V1CE covers all of the above under the reprint guarantee.
How to report a print defect and get a reprint
To report a print defect and get a replacement V1CE card:
Take a clear, well-lit photo of the V1CE card showing the defect.
Find your V1CE order number, which is in the order confirmation email.
Contact V1CE support and send the photo, the order number, and a short description of the issue.
V1CE confirms the reprint, prints the replacement, and ships it to your delivery address.
V1CE does not ask you to return the defective card in most cases. Keep it or recycle it, whichever you prefer.
If the card matches the approved proof but you want a different design
If the V1CE card you received matches the proof you approved before printing but you now want a different design, that is a re-order rather than a defect. V1CE prints exactly what was approved at the proof stage, so any changes after the card is printed need a new order. To order a new V1CE card with a different design, start a new order on v1ce.co or contact V1CE support and the team can help you place it.
How long the reprint takes
V1CE prioritises defect reprints and usually starts production within one working day of confirming the issue. Total turnaround is the same as a standard V1CE card order, which is the production time plus shipping to your address. V1CE includes the estimated dispatch date in the confirmation message.
