I have not received my order. What should I do?

Contact us with your order number and we will check the tracking status. If your order was lost or delivered to the wrong address, we will reprint and reship it to you.

Step by step

  1. Check your email for a shipping confirmation and tracking link

  2. Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number

  3. If tracking shows "delivered" but you do not have it:

• Check with reception, neighbours, or housemates • Look for a delivery note about a safe location • Contact the carrier directly

  1. If the order is lost, contact us with your order number

Common delivery issues

Tracking says "insufficient address"

The carrier could not deliver to the address provided. Contact us with your correct address and we will reship your order.

Tracking shows delivered but I do not have it

We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reprint and reship at no extra cost.

Package returned to sender

If the carrier returned the package to us, we will reship it to your correct address. Let us know if the address needs updating.

Customs delays (international orders)

International orders may be held at customs. This is outside our control, but the carrier can usually provide updates. If duties or taxes apply, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Expected delivery times

UK: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch • Europe: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch • Rest of world: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch • Production takes 1 to 3 business days after design approval

I need my order urgently

Contact us as early as possible. We may be able to expedite production or upgrade your shipping.
