How do I join the affiliate or referral programme?

Quick answer

V1CE does not currently have an in-app "refer a friend" button inside app.v1ce.co. Referrals are handled through the V1CE Partner Programme at v1ce.co/partners, which requires a one-time application. Once approved, you receive a unique referral link and earn commission on every sale through your link.

Two ways to share V1CE with your network

There are two ways to share V1CE, depending on whether you want to earn commission or just spread the word.

Casual share

For a casual share, just send the person a link to v1ce.co and tell them you use V1CE. No application is needed for casual shares and you do not earn commission, but they know the product works because you use it.

V1CE Partner Programme (earn commission)

The V1CE Partner Programme pays commission on every sale made through your unique referral link. You apply, get approved, and share your link. This is the right option if you have an audience (social, newsletter, podcast) or work in a network-heavy industry such as sales, recruitment, or consulting.

How to join the V1CE Partner Programme

  1. Fill in your details and apply

  2. Once approved, you receive a unique referral link and code

  3. Share the link with your network

  4. Earn commission on every sale made through your link

Where do I find my referral code

After you join the V1CE Partner Programme, log in to the partner dashboard. The dashboard link is in your approval email and is separate from app.v1ce.co. Your referral code and link are shown on the partner dashboard home page.

What commission do I earn

Commission rates and terms are detailed on the partners page and in your approval email. Earnings are typically paid out monthly.

When and how do V1CE Partner payouts work?

V1CE Partner Programme payouts run on a monthly cycle. Commission earned in a given month is approved after the standard customer refund window has passed (to make sure the underlying sale is not later refunded) and then paid out the following month. The exact payout day and the payment method (bank transfer or PayPal in most regions) are confirmed in your partner dashboard and your approval email.

To check the status of a specific payout, log in to the V1CE partner dashboard. You can see:

  • Commission earned by month.

  • Commission status (pending, approved, paid).

  • Past payouts and the dates they were issued.

My V1CE Partner payout is late or hasn't arrived

If your V1CE Partner payout is late or hasn't arrived, contact V1CE support and the team will look it up. Include in your message:

  • Your V1CE Partner account email.

  • The month or invoice the payout relates to.

  • The amount shown as approved on your partner dashboard.

  • The payout method on file (bank transfer or PayPal).

V1CE typically resolves late-payout queries within one business day, either by sending the payment, confirming the next scheduled payment date, or flagging an issue with the payment details on file.

Can my referrals get a discount

Some Partner Programme tiers offer a discount for the person you refer. Check the partner dashboard for current terms.

If your friend bought V1CE without using your referral link, the sale cannot be tracked back to you because tracking is link-based. V1CE cannot retroactively credit a purchase made without the referral link. Always send the link to your contact before they purchase.

Who is the V1CE Partner Programme for

The V1CE Partner Programme is open to anyone: existing V1CE customers, influencers, agencies, or businesses who want to recommend V1CE to their network.

I want to resell V1CE under my own brand

If you want to resell V1CE cards under your own brand or buy at wholesale pricing, the Partner Programme is not the right route. The white-label / reseller programme is. See Do you offer white labelling or a reseller programme?
