How do I order a replacement or additional Smart Card?

Go to v1ce.co and place a new order. During the design process, you can select your previous design so you do not need to start from scratch. Once the new card arrives, activate it and link it to your existing profile.

Ordering a replacement

  1. Go to v1ce.co

  2. Choose your card material and colour

  3. Complete your purchase

  4. In the design portal, select your previous design

  5. Approve the mockup

  6. When the card arrives, activate it from your dashboard and link it to your profile

Ordering an additional card

The process is the same as ordering a replacement. Each new card comes with its own NFC chip and QR code. You can link it to the same profile or a different one.

Can I reorder from my dashboard?

In the future, you will be able to click Reorder from v1ce.co/dashboard/orders. This lets you reuse a previous design without going through the full design brief again.

Can I upgrade from PVC to metal?

Yes. Simply order a metal card. When it arrives, activate it and link it to your existing profile. Your digital profile and all your contacts transfer over β€” only the physical card changes.

Tips

β€’ Your digital profile is independent of the physical card. Switching cards does not affect your profile, contacts, or analytics. β€’ If you are ordering for a team, consider a bundle for volume discounts.
